What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

Do I need to make an appointment?

While we do accept walk-ins for estimates, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure our team can dedicate the appropriate time to your vehicle. For repair services, appointments are required and can be made through our online booking system or by calling us directly.

Do you offer any warranties on your work?

Yes, we stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty. All repairs come with a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship, and paint services are warranted against defects for 3 years.

How accurate are your estimates?

Our estimates are very accurate as they are based on a thorough inspection of your vehicle. However, in some cases, additional damage may be discovered during the repair process. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation before proceeding with any additional work.

What factors affect the cost of auto body repairs?

Several factors influence repair costs, including the extent of damage, vehicle make and model, parts availability, paint requirements, and whether OEM or aftermarket parts are used. Luxury and exotic vehicles typically have higher repair costs due to specialized parts and procedures.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and discounts for certain services. Please contact us or check our website for current offers. We also offer discounts for military personnel, first responders, and seniors.

Do you require a deposit before starting work?

For most standard repairs, we do not require a deposit. However, for extensive restoration projects or custom work, we may require a deposit to cover initial parts and materials. This will be clearly communicated during the estimate process.

Do you work with insurance companies?

What is the difference between filing a claim and paying out of pocket?

Filing a claim means your insurance company will cover the cost of repairs minus your deductible. Paying out of pocket means you cover the entire cost yourself. Do you offer pickup and delivery services?

Yes, we offer free pickup and delivery services within a 10-mile radius of our shop for vehicles undergoing repairs. For locations outside this radius, a nominal fee may apply.

Do you offer towing services?

Yes, we offer 24/7 towing services to help you get your vehicle to our shop safely after an accident or breakdown.

Do you offer rental car assistance?

Yes, we can arrange for a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired to ensure you remain mobile during the repair process. If your insurance covers rental cars, we can help coordinate this benefit.

How will I know when my vehicle is ready?

We will contact you by phone or email when your vehicle is ready for pickup. We also provide progress updates throughout the repair process so you're always informed about the status of your vehicle.

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?

We primarily use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts to ensure proper fit, function, and quality. However, we can also use high-quality aftermarket parts if preferred or required by your insurance. We'll discuss all options with you before proceeding.

What type of paint do you use?

Can you match my vehicle's paint color exactly?
